Super Fildena can sometimes cause visual issues due to the presence of sildenafil citrate, one of its active ingredients. Sildenafil works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), but it can also affect a similar enzyme, PDE6, found in the retina. Super Fildena off-target interaction can disrupt normal visual processing, leading to side effects such as blurred vision, increased light sensitivity, or a blue tint to vision. These symptoms are usually temporary and mild, but they may be more pronounced in some individuals, especially at higher doses. People with pre-existing eye conditions should use it with caution and consult a doctor.
