Surprise Gift Turned Challenge

Bought a second-hand piano as a surprise for my partner (crazy romantic, I know), but now I’m stuck figuring out how to move it safely. It’s vintage and heavier than I expected! Any suggestions for movers who know how to handle something like this? Bonus points if they’re gentle and quick – I’d love to set it up before they get home!
