Where do transgender people meet?

I have a bit of an uncomfortable question today. Or rather, it's just not standard. Where do transgender people meet? I can't find a community anywhere that works for me.

Yes, I agree, this is a very difficult question. But no one is saying it's wrong. I believe that in today's world absolutely everyone has the right to love and happiness.
