Very well said, I am a beginner and trying to lose my weight and maintain my diet, recently I bought some fitness equipment through Bluefin Fitness coupons for doing work out at home, as you know that pandemic situation are on everywhere, that's why I avoid going to gym for workout, but I want some diet tips, I will follow your tips in the future.

Personally I think instead of voiding تونة قودي and your favorite diet, you should do some exercise or cardio in a daily basis. Just eat anything you want don't forget a exercise.
