Where are you located?
My furkids are housed indoor. I have a FN cage.
Nail clippers - human nail clippers will work find.
Brush - I like to use a flea comb.
Shampoo - The more you wash them....more they will stink. You are stripping them of there natural oils. Ferrets are pretty clean animals and they can take care of themself.....unless they get into something really dirty.
Food - that is good quality food. :-)
Litter box - pass on that litter box. Ferrets like to get their whole body into the box. You will have better luck using high back litter box.

or cat high back litter box. https://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=large+high+back+litter+box&tag=googhydr-20&index=aps&hvadid=178374471253&hvpos=1t2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=12821557512473433055&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=b&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9005240&hvtargid=kwd-13485755463&ref=pd_sl_8xns08e0z6_b
Stay away from corner litter boxes.
Litter - litter you selected is pretty expensive. I use wood pellets in my litter box. Yesterday news is also good.

Food and water bowl that you selected. They can easily tip them over. That bowl looks very small. I like to use lock and crock dishes. they work very well with my kids.

Bed and Hammock - Those are fine....they are cheap. Check out some web sites where people make homemade ferret bedding. It might look expensive. But it last for long time.....
Just do a search on homemade ferret bedding....

Ferrets love balls....that tunnel looks like a lot of fun.
I hope this helps

Hello!
For the Cage I would purchase a ferret nation. It is very spacious for two. ^_^;
But if you can not afford that then maybe building your own space for them would do.
Nail Clippers I would recommend using the one that is meant for ferrets (not humans) they sell them in your local pet stores like Petco or Petsmart. You should be able to find it or you could go on amazon and purchase it. But I would get ferretone so you could place it on their belly so they would be busy licking it off so they won't move around or wiggle away while you are trying to cut their nails. Just make sure to not cut the red part (thats their vein and they will bleed) and if you mistakenly do that then just quickly put their fingernail/paw in corn starch and it should stop the bleeding.
Brush I would use the one meant for them as well. ^_^; again pet stores! will be your bestfriend or Amazon
Shampoo I use is this one
https://www.amazon.com/Marshall-8-Ounce-Small-Animal-Shampoo/dp/B001TBK6N0/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_199_lp_t_3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=DGE2DVJXJHWMP4QDZ6QC
But of course only wash them once a month. If you wash them too much their skin will be irritated and dry.
Food: I would get them off the Marshalls food as soon as you can and switch them over to Orijen Cat and Kitten and Wysong. But you are going to have to switch them over slowly if you do it too quickly they won't eat it and will get an upset stomach. So mix 90% of old food, 10% of Orijen, 10% of Wysong 90 make it into paste or just shake it all up into a plastic bag and store it away. So it is already premade and ready to be served. It will take them time to adjust so patience is key! You could find these foods on Amazon.

For tunnels I would just make your own or you could get these. They are pretty sturdy~ :)

Tent is sold separately.
Hope this all helps you :)
