So lately i noticed a lump on my ferret it seems to be leaking something out any ideas what this is

A pic would be very helpful. Chances are, if it's weeping, it's benign, but that is a guess not seeing it or knowing how long it's been there. And, it could become infected, whatever it is.

Definitely vet time. Could be out of control mast cell tumor. Needs checked.
