I upload pics to photobucket then resize and add borders or what I want. Then copy and paste the pic by clicking on the MG link. Paste it in your post, then change the MG to a small mg at each end. Some use flickr and others but I like photobucket. www.photobucket.com For your profile pic, if I remember correctly yoiu can upload from the pics on your computer. You'll find where to do the under your "User Controll Panel". You can also make a banner in a program like Printmaster, upload it to photobucket, make necessary changes like size and then upload it to the forum using the "User Control Panel".
