Feel free to show off your cage and how it's setup.

This is my ferret cage I made it. It's a old dreaser and I added 3 shelvs. It works to put all my makeup and hair products on top and it doesn't look like a cage. It isn't huge but I only have them locked up at night so it works well if u have any questions about it msg me(:

Nice set up ! It is a fine Habitat indeed. I too have the ferret nation for 5 fuzzies. 3-stories. I love it but have had issue with the shelves falling, my ferrets are safe now. but I heard on other forums horror stories about injuries and even death caused from this. Even though the company knows of this issue they haven't remedied it yet, so I have! I used zip ties on the hooks underneath the shelf, and attached them to the corner bars of the habitat. I've had No more issues since then. I'm trying to get the word out to save our ferrets ! Best wishes, Cindiloo

Very nice! We like matched bedding sets but We can't use floor covers because someone likes to go on the floors... We've had a problem with the shelves, too. I beat the loops on the frame with a soft hammer to change the shape a little so they would sit flat. Another issue is the doors. Someone posted that they knocked a door off when they stood up while cleaning the cage and it fell on a ferret and killed it. We now have zip ties holding the doors on.

It is if the cage is big enough for them to maneuver and aren't locked up all the time.
