adopted ferrets need to be delivered from OH to NJ

I wasnt sure what forum this fit into. There's a group of nice ferret lovers that will create a chain and meet up from state to state to get rescued ferrets to their new home. I haven't used them in years and don't know how to get this started. Can someone help?
