Raw and kibble diet

Hello, I am still a soon-to-be ferrrt owner and I was planning to feed them a mixed kibble and raw diet. I was wondering (since the kibble will be available at all times) how much raw to feed per day? I am aware that it will take time for them to transition to this new diet.

I feed raw and kibbles at my home. My furkids are on the nature's variety products. They have instinct kibble for cats in their cage 24 hours. ( http://www.instinctpetfood.com/cats ) They are also fed instinct raw medallions in the AM/PM http://www.instinctpetfood.com/instinct-raw

We have kibble available 24/7 and make soups with raw morning and evening.
