Pet insurance?

Does anyone on here have any experience with pet health insurance plans? Particularly for ferrets, but also interested in general info. What company/companies have you been with, what were the costs/coverage, and mostly, did you feel it was worth it? Did you find yourself using more veterinary services?

My old vet never accepted the plans because they were geared toward dogs/cats.
You should make sure the insurance covers cancer. Since most of the health issues with ferrets pertain to cancer (adrenal, insulinoma, lymphoma) you should be sure it covers it.
