Ferret too fat?

Hey all,

My ferret Nito is a BEAST. I can't tell if she's gained a ton of weight or if my perspective is off because my two new ones are so skinny and Nymphadora's sick and has lost a bunch of weight. Could this be a problem? Belly feels normal, poop is normal, so I don't think it's a blockage. I had her at the vet about a week or two ago and they said she was heavy but not too heavy, but I think she's gained weight since then even. What can I do to control her weight if it gets too high? She only eats wysong. I'm worried about not leaving food out at all times because I've read that that can cause stomach ulcers.

She is probably putting on her winter weight.  If she eating/pooping and playing.  Don't worry about putting her on diet.  She will do just fine.

Give her more exercise....have her chase something.  I like to use a cat fishing pole.  They love to chase the toy.  I will make them climb up and down chairs/couch to get the little toy.

I have a digital scale and I weigh them every couple of months.

Oh yeeeeeaaah winter stuff. Her coat has been really full and fluffy lately :) Excited because last winter she had a lot of hair loss due to adrenal so this will be my first time seeing her in her winter form :P lol.
