Latest cell phone camera + ferrets - Wednesday, August 27, 2014 9:01 AM
So folks, I'm looking to get a new cell phone and leaning towards the Galaxy S5 or the new LG one. Sadly the one spec I'm really concerned with is not so easy to explain, namely is the camera fast enough to catch a ferret! I'm curious if anyone else has made a recent purchase and found that their phone is fast enough to catch these little fuzzbutts.

I have the S4 and am very happy with it.  If I try to take a picture of my speedy little ferrets as they are running, they come out blurry, but it could be me moving the camera to catch them, and not the camera itself.  I also have not played with all the bells and whistles of the camera.

I use my iPhone 4s and I get amazing shots that don't come out blurry.

the s4 is fine for catching ferrets. My husband has that one, works well enough :)
