puppy pads.

I am considering putting down puppy pads or something on the bottom of my little guys cage. However they are all fairly young and I am worried about what were to happen of they chew and tear up puppy pad. Anyone else have this problem? I am really about to try anything since the floor is better then there litter box for potty duties. I figured puddle pads would be easier to clean up obviously but I am afraid when I am at work what would happen if they tear into it. They will probably think its a toy. Any suggestions

Mine have never dug into the puppy pads - they move them around on the floor and burrow under them - but never chew or tear them up.

You could try taping them down, too.
