I'm going to try a live pinky for the weasels for the first time - and I think this will also be Mishka and Laska's first experience as well. What should I expect? Anything to keep in mind?

They may or may not touch it. Percy did, but my other two weren't interested.

Be prepared to humanely dispatch the pinky if they nom on it, but don't kill it. Sad fact of live feeding. Some ferrets just aren't adept hunters.

Ferrets: Wesley, Percy, Owen    -rip Bandit-
Bettas- Kitty, Pip, and Logan
Sun Conure- Kita
Gerbils- Piper and Tailer

Yeah, a while lot of nothing happened - neither so much as sniffed at them. I can't say I entirely mind though, despite having had snakes and lizards who ate live rodents, this sort of skeezed me out for some reason.
