Emergency, help! (Attacking?)

I recently brought home a baby ferret and introduced him to my girlfriends ferret. 
They got along fine at first. I found out my little guy was deaf, and it started to go downhill from there.

After first smelling food on me, and attacking / latching on yo my lip, to then licking and biting my chin, to then attacking my girlfriends ear...

I need help. I'm unsure as to what to do. He dtre blood every time. Its not playful biting, or defencive biting. He's attacking. :/

The only thing I can think of, other than a medical problem, is he's hungry.  We've had a couple that got a bit intense when they considered it to be meal time.  I hesitate to suggest feeding him when he's like that, as he could figure it to be a reward for bad behavior, but try it and see if that's the issue.  Going after food smell on your finger supports this idea.

The biting needs to be dealt with so he doesn't grow up and nail a visitor.  How old is he now?  Kits go through a couple biting phases.  First, for now don't give him access to your face.  For our 2 deaf ferrets that were biters, we scruffed them and held them up to our face and tap once on the front of the nose and say no!  Sure, they can't hear you, but the combination seems to work.  Be consistent.  Do they same thing every time he bites.
