I'm so excited! My fiance and I (mostly me) have decided that Loki needs a roommate to play with and I've had the hardest time finding anyone that is getting rid of one around here but I just found someone! He is an hour away, has a 2yr old white male, brown eyes, up to date on shots and has been to the vet with the last 3-4 months, gets along with kids and other pets, loves to play.. His name is Riley.  This guy has had him for about 6 months, but can't give him enough attention with two kids in school and full time job.
I'M SO EXCITED!!! Since they are only an hour away I can probably go and pick him up tonight or tomorrow, if not, def this weekend!

Well, I picked him up last friday from a guy that lives about an hour away. He said that he didn't have time for him and blah blah blah.. so I picked this little guy up and could feel all of his little bones :( I couldn't leave him so I scooped him off and wisked him away to a happier ferret friendly home! Him and Loki have become fast friends. (I caught them sleeping together this morning for the first time all curled up in their stuff box) So things are good with the two new kids.  Fiance is hoping dearly that the "ferret math" doesn't strike :0)

Awww...what an adorable little sleepy face Riley has! Now he has his wonderful forever home with a buddy and ferrents to love him always! Dooks to you Riley!

Riley is my sleepy baby :) He's a riot when he's awake.
 
Right now he's a bit under the weather. I'm not sure if it's the stress of a new home and new buddy, but vet told me this morning that his colon is irritated which is causing him to have slimey stool.  He's on medicine and should be back to his bouncy self soon.
(I posted in the health and supp section about the vet visit this morning).
 
But yep! I'm soooo glad I got him. I could NOT let him stay where he was.. he was skin and bones.. quite litteraly.. when I picked him up. poor baby.
 
Now he's got his forever home with a loving family that will make sure he gets back to being a healthy happy ferrrrrrrrrret!
