Duck Soup/Chicken soup is healthy treat for your ferrets. It best to get your little one imprinted on this. You never know when you will need to make up some soup for them. Soup helps them gain weight, add meds to soup, if they go off their kibbles/diet ....you can give them some soup. http://miamiferret.org/duck_soup.htm I usually just pickup a whole chicken. Cook it in a crock pot. Let it cool. Then I bring out the blender. Put the meat, skin and all into the blender....add your chicken broth and blend until smooth. (No cooked bones). I will add a egg for more protein. Some heavy whipping cream to it. Extra fat....helps put on weight. You can freeze the soup into ice cube trays and then transfer into zip lock bag. One cube is one serving. I have six furkids so I just freeze soup into plastic containers. Imprint your little one on raw meat. Raw Chicken wings, chicken, pork, etc. THis good healthy treat. Will keep their teeth clean. I hope this helps
