Is there anyway you can switch him back to his old diet for a day or two and see if he still had the red in his poopies then? If he does, then Its obviously not the dye. Black/tarry color or bright red? Did you change him to a food that has red dye in it? Now it is diarrhea and it seems like there is blood. But we have changed his diet and it is only the first full day of him being here. I was wondering if that would be a reason why he is having diarrhea? Is he stressed? Does the change of diet effect something like that? HELP! I am really concerned? Could it be something more?
