On the food chart i was looking at, it said not to just feed them one of the following foods but to mix 2-3 of them.... why is that?

Ferrets can get picky sometimes and decide they dont like that food anymore. So its best to have a few different types. Also if the store runs out of one food you will have a few others still available. I have five different kinds mine eat, always available. ( 2 kinds of totally ferret, zupreem,marshalls, 8/1 crunchy. That way they always have different choices and I know even if they run out , others will still be available.
Current fuzzies: Ferngulley , Clementine, Clyde , Casper, Rose Plus: 6 rats, 4 cats, 3 dogs, 2 turtles
