Worried! Baby ferret acting strange? First time raising a kit!
-
Monday, September 15, 2014 10:38 PM
My baby is about 5 or 6 months old. That's being generous. Anyways, the past two days Ive noticed he's been really slow, sleepy, etc. But today.. Oh, today. He's just strange. He will NOT keep his eyes open for more than 10 seconds. This is the ferret that drives me crazy because he's constantly hopping around. This is so SO out of character for him. im not sure what to do? Help!

Is he eating and pooping normally? If not you should make a visit to the vet

If he is behaving so out of character and its been more than a day, you said he has been like this for 2 days and today was worse, GET TO VET ASAP. Ferrets can go down fast, a few hours can mean the difference
