Tray itself seems to be 23 by 34

The cut out goes inward 6 3/4 by 9 3/4
the longer measurement goes parallel with the shorter end of the tray.

These measurements include the "lip" around the tray and cut out hole.

I would wait before I do any cutting....it's goofy it seems and my measurements may be off....I'd had a couple beers. =)
