How long have you had her? She could still be getting used to her surroundings.

She could just be getting used to her new home, but some ferrets just aren't that into playing. One of my ferrets isn't very interested in playing. She very rarely gets excited and playing, and the only thing that i've found can get her excited is when another ferret is egging her on to play :P Thats just her personality. She loves exploring and will spend hours just wandering around checking everything out and sniffing everything :)

Try a plastic grocery bag. Put it on the floor where she can see it. If she doesn't go in it on her own, put her in it and gently swing it. All of my ferrets love bag rides. They're all different. Some like action toys that move some like boxes and bags and some like noisy toys like bags and plastic balls or plastic eggs with things in them.

Towel/Blanket rides are a hit in our home.

Jingle Toys, Plastic bags, Waving Blankets, Tickling, Another Ferret, Playing Tag, Changing environment, Dig Boxes, Squeeky Toys, ETC. Each ferret is different and can be set off by different things. Just try....well...everything! Keep in mind some ferrets can just be lazy slugs and enjoy lounging over being nuts.

I'm glad she's adjusting. Kits will bite/nip a lot when they play, like puppies and kittens. They do grow out of it.

make sure you cut the handles off the plastic bags.
