Hi All

Hi all, I'm the proud new owner of a couple of carpet sharks. They are sleeping so I have time to break away from watching them and come say hi. So HI! I haven't had ferrets for pets since the 1970s. And then they were part of quite a collection of non traditional pets. (Skunks, Raccoons, Coatis, Kinkajus, and the list goes on. Heck for awhile I even got to take care of a pet Ocelot the vet I worked for owned!!) Anyway, I've got a few questions, one for now, but the others I'll dump in to the proper forums. How do you get the spell check to work? I right click on a red underlined word and get a context sensitive menu for cut/copy/paste, not a list of suggested words. This is important, I can't spell worth beans. Thanks, Steve

Yeah, well, I don't know where this forum platform came from, but it's not that user friendly. Don't worry about spelling, unless you're like me and can't stand those red lines. To post pics, it's best to have a photo hosting site like photobucket or tinypic and post the URL IMG link into your post.

Welcome to ferret.com ferret forum. Please feel free to ask questions and share your pictures and stories with our members. We have a great group here. What browser are you using? Chrome works much better in this forum. I hope this helps

Thanks for the welcomes. unclejoe To post pics, it's best to have a photo hosting site like photobucket or tinypic and post the URL IMG link into your post. Thanks. I've got a photobucket account for this purpose. As a former owner of a forum (model trains in this case), I learned that it's best if a site hosts the pictures. Much fewer dead picture links later. wenmister What browser are you using? Chrome works much better in this forum. Thanks, Chrome is it.
