Better Food for my Ferrets?
-
Monday, September 29, 2014 10:52 AM
My ferrets are currently eating a mix of Canidae GF Pure Elements (http://www.petsupplies.com/item/canidae-gf-pure-elements-dry-cat-food-8lb/493653%20008/) and 8 in 1 Ultimate Crunchy (http://www.petsupplies.com/item/8-in-1-ultimate-ferret-diet-crunchy-44lbs/650148/). However, I recently started a new job at a local pet store where I will soon receive a 40% discount on Natura Pet Brand products. That includes Evo, Innova, California Natural, and Healthwise. The pet store is mainly dog and cat supplies - no ferret foods. So, out of these Natura brands, which cat food(s) would be the best for my ferrets? :) Thanks!!

Evo cat is considered to be the same as Evo ferret, and ranks pretty high on the more dooks food chart. It does contain peas, so I wouldn't use it as the only food

wenmister Can they order nature variety products for you? http://www.naturesvariety.com/ They make a no grain kibbles for cats. Another option for you. They also sell Nature's Variety, it just isn't Natura. I just get a super great discount on the Natura brand foods, so I was wondering if some of those were really good. http://www.naturapet.com/
