I adopted a ferret :)
he's between 6-8 weeks old and is a major sweetheart.
He's a silver male.

 Welcome to Ferret.com ferret forum  I suggest purchasing a book called "Ferrets For Dummies" by Kim Schilling.  It's a excellent ferret book and it's a must for all ferret owners
 
First thing I would do, look for a ferret knowledgeable vet in your area.  You will need a vet.  Save your money, ferrets are not cheap animals.   Any questions, please feel free to ask.   We have a great group here.

Yeah, he was worn out due to hanging out with my other ferret.
I'm up to two full time ferrets, and two that I've taken in as rescues to get back to better health.

I just saw the video earlier today, when I was looking for some information, as a friend and I both want to put together a ferret expo, or "festival" :)
