Wood Shavings - Sunday, August 10, 2014 10:18 PM
Everybody says woodchips are bad for ferrets, but would something like spruce shavings be fine?

To be honest there is really no need to use shavings or other disposible bedding with ferrets. It tends to get flung out of the cage anyway.

Ferrets: Wesley, Percy, Owen    -rip Bandit-
Bettas- Kitty, Pip, and Logan
Sun Conure- Kita
Gerbils- Piper and Tailer

Could i use spruce chips (they are made by a local mill so they are big and won't make dust) for litter because i have given up on litter training and am putting it in the whole bottom floor
